In this interactive session, participants will learn how advocates and attorneys can collaborate to leverage pre-existing employment protections for employees who experience sexual assault. This session’s materials will foreground the lived experience of survivors through case studies and real life challenges that survivors have reported when it comes to accessing these rights. It while also address how stable employment reduces economic insecurity, facilitates financial resilience, and supports survivor dignity.
