The effort to eradicate sexual violence in our communities requires the involvement of all of us. However, when we look at our collective efforts to end sexual violence, there is a wide threshold of opportunity for men to reconsider and improve their role as active participants. To that end, how can we invite and welcome men and boys into our sexual violence prevention and intervention efforts? Are we willing to hold the beauty and complexity that can come with having men alongside us? Are we prepared to offer accountability, hope, and healing while engaging survivors and those who have caused harm in our communities?
