Amy Bellm, MSW (she/her) has worked in a variety of settings toward social justice and institutional change. Her earlier roles included micro-level work with justice system impacted families and in school settings with youth. Her more recent roles have been in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion field, including many years facilitating trainings in high schools and universities, for profit and nonprofit organizations to build awareness and move organizations toward more equitable practices. In her last role, Amy served as the Diversity and Inclusion Officer of a community mental health organization in St. Louis, Missouri, where she provided various DEI related, cultural trainings as a larger effort to meet the intersectional needs of the clients served. Currently, she is the Program Training Manager of the National LGBTQ Institute on IPV, where she brings capacity building, interactive trainings to organizations looking to better serve LGBTQ survivors of sexual and domestic violence.
