Anna Lee has played various roles in contributing towards capacity building and violence prevention efforts since 2015, beginning in Development at Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF) then supporting Fiscal. Realizing her passion for human connection, Anna was promoted to lead CPAF’s prevention program in AAPI communities in 2019. Anna has since continued cultivating nonviolence practices daily in her relationships and is passionate about seeking solutions for upholding accountability and human dignity with a trauma-informed lens and nonviolent approaches, moving away from a societal culture of blame and shame. Before joining CPAF, Anna served the Kampong Thom community in Cambodia for 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer, primarily working with students earning their primary educator certificate and collaborating with native Khmer teacher trainers. In addition, Anna involved the local high school in community mobilizing projects.
