Chingwell Mutombu is an innovative and motivated leader who is passionate about storytelling, art, photography, and community building. Her background includes over 10 years of experience managing domestic and international initiatives focused on women’s economic development. As a Coach, Chingwell has worked with numerous grassroots leaders and has provided coaching services in the areas of visioning, leadership development, and resource mobilization. She has also served as a thought leader for leaders of color and has provided guidance in the area of business development. As a consultant, Chingwell facilitates meetings, provides capacity building trainings and conducts fundraising research. Chingwell holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from Luther College and masters degrees in Public Administration and in International Relations from Seton Hall University.
