Jessica is the Vice President of Operations at the Sexual Assault Center (SAC) in Nashville, TN, which serves as the only agency solely dedicated to sexual violence work and the only non-hospital location to receive a forensic exam in middle Tennessee. She has been with SAC for over 3 years. Prior to SAC, Jessica worked at the Tennessee Office of Criminal Justice Programs (OCJP), which functions as Tennessee’s strategic planning agency that secures, distributes, and manages federal and state funds for victim services agencies in Tennessee. She served as the Assistant Director of Programs, Jessica led 13 program managers providing programmatic oversight and project implementation assistance to agencies statewide. While at OCJP, Jessica also served as Tennessee’s VOCA Administrator. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and her Master of Education in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt University.
