Natchawi Wadman, joined CPAF in 2019 after over a decade in the international development sector in program development and business development, has built a robust program strategy and framework to provide culturally responsive directs services, implement violence prevention program and strengthen partnership development and assessment to enhance equitable partnership which resulted in increasing secured funding for the program. She works alongside leadership team to enhance racial justice and equity work throughout the organization. She was recently selected as a LEAP Fellow (Cohort 7) with VALOR US. She was appointed as the Culturally Specific Populations – API Representative on the California Services*Training*Officers*Prosecutors (STOP) Violence Against Women (VAW) Implementation Committee.   She holds a Master of Social Work with Urban Leadership Program Certificate and is fluent in Thai.
