Robin Koshelev is a senior at Round Rock High School and an incoming freshman at Duke University. He has been involved in queer and trans activism for years, founding a transgender advocacy organization in Texas and aiding in the creation of the PRYSHM project in order to increase the mental health of rural LGBTQ+ teens. In the PRYSHM project, Robin was a member of the Youth Advisory Board that provided feedback on the contents of the program. He is dedicated to promoting the safety and wellbeing of all marginalized people, and especially transgender youth. Outside of advocacy, Robin also pursues debate and civic education, ensuring that everyone has equal access to political information and resources to enact change. In his personal life, Robin is a writer, reader, and leatherworker who wants to pursue a career in the legal field and human rights.
