Scarlett Thompson (she/her) is a sexual assault preventionist, consent educator, and rape crisis advocate. As the Prevention Coordinator at the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault, Scarlett facilitates nightlife sexual violence prevention programming, along with Project DOT, a healthy relationship/consent program for NYC teens. Scarlett has worked as the Bronx Enough is Enough Coordinator, in the Title IX and Violence Prevention Offices at Vassar College, and on the Prison Rape Elimination Act team at the NYS Coalition Against Sexual Assault. She is deeply engaged with prevention and response efforts in NYC, and sits on city-wide prevention coalitions and task forces. Scarlett is constantly interrogating how to advance equity, inspire change, and grow relationships through facilitation.
