Veronica (she/her/hers) has nearly 15 years of combined health equity, victim services, and violence prevention experience in the field. Her entire career has centered around non profit and higher education settings where she realized many organizations weren’t practicing what they preached internally. This led her to create her own consulting business where she could combine her expertise on violence prevention, health equity, and trauma informed practices with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to improve workplaces. She aims to change organizational culture, systems, and practices that lead to healthier work environments for our most marginalized staff members. She also currently serves as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University where she teaches on the impact violence has on underserved populations. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Psychology and International Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
