The sexual assault services field is undergoing rapid shifts in leadership, funding, and policy—much like a constantly changing kaleidoscope. With each turn, organizations must realign their perspectives to sustainably support survivors, ensure staff well-being, and deliver high-quality care. This session encourages participants to replace the “super-hero” model of constant overextension with dynamic, adaptable strategies. By turning the lens to reveal new patterns and possibilities, attendees will discover mental frameworks to challenge deeply held beliefs, adopt new ways to meet organizational goals, and capture the wisdom of retiring leaders while supporting incoming Executive Directors. Through real-world examples, interactive exercises, and collaborative dialogue, participants will learn how to re-envision funding, capacity, and partnerships for a more resilient, survivor-centered future.
